Insebia Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Vency (vency.ai). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information. Authentication is handled through Supabase Auth, which may support email/password and third-party sign-in providers.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you use Vency, including tools accessed, credits consumed, features used, timestamps of activity, and general interaction patterns. This helps us improve the platform and ensure fair usage.
Payment Data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not directly store your full credit card number or banking details. Stripe processes and stores your payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive and store transaction identifiers, subscription status, and billing history.
File Data
When you use the File Transfer feature, files are temporarily stored on Cloudflare R2. We do not access or analyze the content of your files. Files are automatically deleted after the expiry period defined by your subscription plan.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Vency platform
- Process subscriptions, billing, and credit allocations
- Send transactional emails (account verification, billing receipts, service updates)
- Monitor usage to enforce fair use policies and prevent abuse
- Improve and develop new features and tools
- Respond to support requests and inquiries
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — Authentication and database services
- Cloudflare — Hosting (Workers), CDN, and file storage (R2)
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management
- Google AI APIs — AI model inference for tool features
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party providers is limited to what is necessary to deliver the service.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase and Cloudflare, with servers located in various global regions. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies & Tracking
Vency uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to advertisers. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records). Usage logs are retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes. Transferred files are automatically deleted after the link expiry period.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — Request your data in a portable, machine-readable format
- Restriction — Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances
- Objection — Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

8. Changes to This Policy
