Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on Vency (vency.ai), operated by Insebia Technologies, LLC. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all paid features until the billing period expires
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

2. Credits

AI credits included in your subscription plan are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period and are forfeited upon plan cancellation or downgrade. Credits are a consumable resource tied to AI processing costs and cannot be converted to cash or transferred between accounts.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund under the following conditions:

  • First-time purchase: If you are a first-time subscriber and request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided that no credits have been used during that period.
  • Technical issues: If you experience a significant technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a prorated refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Partial months of service (no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations)
  • Credits that have already been consumed
  • Subscriptions active for more than 7 days
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (results vary based on inputs)
  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at hello@vency.ai with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
